The course at Career-Crafters is for people who wish to develop basic understanding of French language. It includes basics of reading, writing, listening and speaking (Vocabulary, pronunciations, sentence framing and basic grammar). It also prepares you for the DELF (Diplômed’ études en langue français) certification that is administered by the Ministry of Education, France.
 

Career- Crafters offers coaching for all levels of examinations (DELF A1 to DELF C1). Our aim is to prepare you for these examinations and as well as train you to communicate effectively in French Language.

PROFICIENCY – BEGINNER 
Delf A1 Level 50 Hours

Basic level. One can understand and use everyday expressions. One can interact in a simple manner, using simple sentences.

  • One Can read a very short, rehearsed statement.

  • One Can understand and use familiar words and everyday expressions, and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of the needs of a concrete type.

  • One Can introduce him/herself and others also.

  • One can ask and answer the questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has.

  • Can understand instructions carefully and can address others slowly and follow short, simple directions.

PROFICIENCY – ELEMENTARY
Delf A2 Level 50 Hours

  • One can understand commonly used expressions. One can communicate in a simple manner, using simple sentences and common phrases.

  • One can describe or use simple phrases to talk about people, living conditions, daily activities, and likes and dislikes.

  • One can communicate in simple and routine tasks.

  • One can capable of making short social exchanges. Where diction is clear, slow and well-articulated

  • One can understand simple expressions and common phrases related to areas of most immediate relevance to me such as personal and family details, shopping, my local area, and the working environment.

  • One can pronounce words clearly enough to be understood during very simple exchanges even if the person to whom I am speaking asks me to repeat them.​

PROFICIENCY – MODERATE
Delf B1 Level 50 Hours

  • One can understand and discuss various topics encountered in daily life and give their opinion about such topics.

  • One can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst traveling in an area where the language is spoken.

  • One can enter into a conversation on familiar topics (e.g. work, school, hobbies, etc).

  • One can able to express their personal opinion.

  • One can use simple terms to relate an experience, event, story in the books or films, and describe their own reactions to it.

PROFICIENCY – PRE-INTERMEDIATE  
Delf B2 Level 50 Hours

  • One can understand more advanced topics. One can also, speak about such topics more extensively and participate in such discussions.

  • One can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain from either party.

  • One can express and defend their opinions by giving relevant explanations and arguments.

  • One can actively sustain a discussion within a familiar context, accounting to justify their views.

  • One can understand the main points of standard speech on familiar topics and able to pronounce words clearly and use stress and intonation almost perfectly.

PROFICIENCY – INTERMEDIATE
Delf C1 Level 50 Hours

  • One can understand more advanced topics. One can also, speak about such topics more extensively and participate in such discussions.

  • On can express themselves fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for words or expressions.

  • One can present clear, detailed descriptions of complex subjects.

  • One can able to understand extended speech even when it is not clearly structured.

  • One can recognize a range of idiomatic expressions, common colloquialisms, and changes of register.

  • One can capable of perfecting their pronunciation of certain sounds and their melody of speech, where necessary.

PROFICIENCY – EXPERT
Delf C2 Level 80 Hours

  • One can produce clear, fluent, logically structured, effective speech that helps the recipient notice and remember the significant points.

  • One can able to convey the finer shades of meaning related to complex subjects.

  • One can have a good familiarity with idiomatic expressions and colloquialisms.

  • One can understand with ease virtually all forms of spoken language, whether live or recorded, even when delivered at fast native speed.

International Exam Preparatory Course

DELF (Diplôme d’études en langue française) is the official diploma of the French language awarded by the French Ministry of National Educational. It is conducted to test the French language proficiency of non-native speakers. The International Centre administers this exam for French Studies on France’s Ministry of Education.

DELF Diploma is widely recognized in about 165 countries and valid for a lifetime.

The independent certificates for each level correspond to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) levels. CEFR is a guideline produced by the Council of Europe after 12 years of research. Four language skills are assessed at each level: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
